PRECIOUS DADA – Operations Lead
Precious Dada is a HR professional with a strong academic background and diverse practical experience in Learning/Performance Management, Business Development, and HR Operations. As the Operations Lead at Peace Shapers, she leads the operational efforts to ensure that the organization’s mission is effectively and efficiently realized.
Since joining Peace Shapers in 2021, Precious has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of impactful campaigns such as the WAVE (Working Against Violence in Education) campaign and the “Bridges 2 Peace” bootcamp in collaboration with the American Negotiation Institute (ANI). She ensures that our operations run seamlessly by overseeing all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives, and facilitating a collaborative and productive environment for volunteers and staff.
With a passion for fostering positive change and promoting peace, Precious leverages her extensive HR expertise to enhance our organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.. She has a proven track record in coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing performance management systems, and boosting employee engagement. Her strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allow her to effectively address concerns, facilitate teamwork, and advocate for the needs of the organization.

OLUWATOBILOBA ANJORIN – Operations Assistant
Oluwatobiloba Anjorin is the operations assistant at Peace Shapers. With over two years of experience in administration and project management, Tobiloba Anjorin is a dedicated and proficient Executive Virtual Assistant. She holds a background in Political Science, Project Management, and Administration, which has equipped her with the skills necessary to drive successful project outcomes.
Tobiloba has played a pivotal role in the effective administration and success of numerous projects, including the renowned SDC Launchpad program. Her commitment to excellence and efficiency has been instrumental in the seamless execution of these initiatives.
As a firm believer in the power of teamwork and process automation, Tobiloba has supported the implementation of innovative processes to streamline administrative tasks at Peace Shapers in her role as the operations assistant. Her efforts have significantly enhanced the overall operational efficiency and productivity of the organization.

OLUWATOFUNMI OLADIPUPO-GEORGE – Programs Lead
Oluwatofunmi George, Programs Lead at Peace Shapers, drives impact by overseeing program development and execution from conception to delivery. She’s passionate about creating sustainable impact and promoting quality, safe education through communication for children in Africa.
HAMMED SHERIFFDEEN – Content and Communications Lead
Hammed Sheriffdeen is a content and social media manager at Peace Shapers. He is a communication enthusiast and an award-winning writer. With the aid of his communication prowess, he creates social media contents and other digital contents that are relevant to the advocacy for safe schools. He harnesses his search engine optimization and research skill to curate and manage the contents on social media platforms and generate traffic and engagement.
DANIEL OSSAI – Graphics Lead
Daniel Ossai is a dedicated brand and product designer bringing over 7 years of experience in creative design. With a background in political studies. He has been instrumental in crafting out unique identities for brands, strategy and marketing for products and services.
Daniel joined Peaceshapers in 2022 with a passion for kids. He oversees our brand projects, creating unique and eye catchy designs.
